AN ACT to repeal section forty-six-a, article two, chapter twenty
of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, relating to Class M nonresident
commercial shooting preserve licenses.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of section relating to Class M nonresident
commercial shooting preserve licenses.
ARTICLE 2. WILDLIFE RESOURCES.
Section forty-six-a, article two, chapter twenty of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, is hereby repealed.
